Noah is the daughter of Leticia (Finley) and singer, songwriter, and actor Billy Ray Cyrus. Her paternal grandfather, Ron Cyrus (Ronald Ray Cyrus), was a politician and public worker. Among her siblings are actress and singer Miley Cyrus and musician Trace Cyrus.
