Jimmy Pop is the son of Alice and Richard Franks.
His paternal grandparents were Charles Jerome Franks and Mildred Lois Bechtel. Jimmy Pop’s maternal grandparents were William H. Moyer and Minnie M. Eicker.
Jimmy Pop’s parents were both raised in the Lutheran faith. Jimmy Pop has stated that he is part Native American and part Jewish (Jewish specifically on his father’s side of the family). It is not clear if these claims are accurate.
