Heather’s paternal grandfather was George Joseph Tocquigny (the son of Alexander Tocquigny and Balbina Anna Schweyer). Alexander was born in Lens, France, the son of Alexandre Tocquigny and Clara Falce. Balbina was born in Graz, Austria, the daughter of Louis Schweyer and Theresa Jenozkenag.
