Ragnar Þórhallsson is an Icelandic musician. He is known as the lead vocalist and guitarist, along with Nanna Bryndís Hilmarsdóttir, of the Icelandic indie folk band Of Monsters and Men. He is the son of Þórhallur Andrésson and Sigríður Thorsteinsson. His father’s last name is patronymic while his mother’s last name is a family name.

Ragnar’s maternal grandfather was Ragnar Thorsteinsson (the son of Geir Thorsteinsson and Sigríður Hafstein). Geir was the son of Þorsteinn Thorsteinsson and Kristjana Zoëga.
